ALLTERE is an education project management company, Co-owned by Xavier University of Bonaire. ALLTERE manages education projects in China and Philippines. ALLTERE has a wide experience in trans-national education in various countries. ALLTERE has students from 30 countries to study their programs at leading universities in China and Philippines since 2005.
